WebI called Tforce and there has been no answer yet they state their customer service starts at 6am... Also I was promised that my phone would ship out today and yet no sign indicating that it out for delivery. I gave the customer service rep everything she needed for the delivery and specific instructions and still NOTHING! WebTForce is awful. I'm in Brampton, ON (yes, I know) and I just got a parcel delivered by them today... no one rang my doorbell to let me know that my expensive parcel was sitting outside on my front doorstep. They just dropped it off, updated the tracking on the page and left. What in the actual fuck? Those 1-star reviews are well-deserved.
