WebEnclave. Enclave plasma flamer. What's the big deal? I got an Enclave plasma rifle with the aligned flamer mod from an Enclave last night. Spent my modules and got it to Gourmands before running out. Then took it for a spin on my Commando build and I can't say I am that impressed. So clearly I am doing something wrong. WebHere's a full legendary build. Stat distro will allow you to swap to heavy weapons for Plasma Caster, or to use a Gauss Shotgun during Ops to farm ammo for Gauss Minigun. Swap out QOL perks as you see fit. I don't use silencers on Shotguns. Range damage drops are crazy (unless Gauss.)
