When i try and export the report to excel the returning result is a series of blank rows in excel. I know the subreports are the root cause of the issue as when each of them is supressed my blank row count reduces accordingly. You need to make sure all the fields in your report match the field size in your subreport (easiest way to do this is to make all fields in your report the same size ). WebNov 20, 2006 · The one that you're using tries to format the output to be "pretty" so there are extra rows, merged columns, etc. The Data Only export does just that - no extra formatting, just the data.
